Kobbylinco started his early childhood education at Old Hospital, and he was full of life and humor. He had a unique ability to light up the entire class. Whenever there was no teacher around, he would step up and entertain us with his stand-up comedy. He was that kind of person—always bringing joy wherever he went. I remember how he’d even dress up as a fetish priest just to cheer up his mom when she wasn’t feeling well.

I vividly recall his final days. He fell ill while on campus and brought his bed outside the dormitory to sleep on the porch in front of Anaise House. That Friday, I went to Mrs. Bentum to buy him some fried rice. I sat on his bed outside, and we shared the meal together. Later that evening, his condition worsened, and we arranged for a taxi to take him to the hospital. As he was being taken away, the entire boys’ dormitory came together, singing morale songs to encourage him, believing he would return stronger.

On Sunday, we received the heartbreaking news that “Acers” had passed on. The entire school was overcome with grief and sadness. He was the only male classmate we lost during our time in school. Acers will always be remembered as a friend, a brother, and a classmate who brought joy to us all. Rest well, Kobbylinco.

Bridget Miah, a cherished member of our Fijai SHS 2005 Year Group and a vibrant soul from Home Economics, left an indelible mark on everyone who knew her. She was a quiet force of strength, with a sweetness that radiated through her ever-present and infectious smile—a smile that could brighten even the darkest of days.

Bridget had a unique gift of bringing joy wherever she went. Her playful teasing, often leaving us in tears of laughter, was a testament to her warm and spirited nature. She had a way of making everyone feel seen, loved, and valued. There was never a dull moment when Bridget was around; her presence brought life and energy to any gathering.

Her absence leaves a void that words cannot fully describe. We will forever cherish the memories of her laughter, her kindness, and the light she brought into our lives. Bridget may no longer be with us in person, but her spirit will live on in our hearts, reminding us to smile even in difficult times.

Rest peacefully, dear Bridget. You will always be missed, but never forgotten.

Ohenewa was a beacon of kindness and positivity. Known for her warm smile and willingness to help the group and anyone in need, she left an enduring impact on all who knew her. Whether excelling in academics, sports, or simply being a great friend, Ohenewa was a true inspiration.

With a sharp wit and an infectious sense of humor, Bene could brighten the dullest of days. Her smiles, laughter and energy continue to resonate with those she left behind.

In the quiet moments of our school days, when books piled high and lessons seemed endless, you brought joy to our lives with your talent and wit. Your caricatures weren’t just sketches; they were windows into our shared experiences—tiny masterpieces that captured the quirks, smiles, and spirit of every single one of us.

Through your art, you gave us laughter, perspective, and memories we will carry forever. Thank you Terror, for showing us the beauty in the everyday and for reminding us that even in the most serious moments, there’s always room for a smile.

Wherever life takes us, we’ll always treasure those caricature drawings and the laughter they inspired.
