FOSA 2005 Welfare

The FOSA 2005 Welfare Program is designed to foster mutual support and provide financial assistance to members during significant life events. Contributions to the welfare fund are mandatory, while top-ups remain voluntary and at the discretion of individuals. Payments can be made via MoMo to Rubina on 0245027940 and are flexible—members may contribute yearly, quarterly, or monthly.

Eligibility for benefits begins after three months of active membership. Members must remain in good standing by consistently paying dues and special contributions from the date they join. Defaulters who miss three consecutive special contributions will receive 50% of benefits.

About

Contribution rates and dues are subject to review, with changes communicated at least one month in advance. Members are not permitted to opt out unless they leave the group and officially notify the executives.

Unique situations, such as members marrying or siblings losing a parent, are treated individually, ensuring fair and equal benefits. For instance, married members each enjoy full benefits, and siblings receive separate benefits in shared events.

FOSA 2005 remains committed to supporting its members through a sustainable and equitable welfare structure, ensuring solidarity and care for all.
