FOSA 2005 is committed to fostering unity and mutual support among members through its Welfare Program. This initiative ensures that all members benefit from a structured system of contributions, creating a safety net for significant life events and emergencies. Key Guidelines for the Welfare Program;

1. Mandatory Contributions: All members are required to contribute, with voluntary top-ups at their discretion. Payments can be made via MoMo to Rubina on 0245027940.
2. Flexible Payment Options: Members may contribute yearly, quarterly, or monthly, offering flexibility to suit individual financial plans.
3. Eligibility for Benefits: Members qualify for benefits after three months of joining, provided they remain in good standing by consistently paying dues and special contributions.
4. Default Policy: Members who default on special contributions for three consecutive periods will receive 50% of their benefits.
5. Updates to Contributions: Contribution rates and dues are subject to change, with updates communicated at least one month prior to implementation.

Special Provisions 1. Marriage Benefits: If two members marry, each will enjoy full benefits independently.
2. Bereavement Support: Siblings who lose a parent will be treated as separate individuals, ensuring each receives their rightful benefits.
3. No Opt-Out Clause: Members remain part of the program unless they officially notify the executives of their exit from the group.

This Welfare Program is a testament to FOSA 2005’s dedication to supporting its members in times of joy and difficulty. By adhering to the guidelines, members contribute to a sustainable system that benefits everyone.

Together, we can build a resilient and supportive community where no member stands alone. Join us in making the FOSA 2005 Welfare Program a cornerstone of shared success and solidarity.
