The 2005 Year Group of Fijai Secondary School is a vibrant network of alumni who graduated together in 2005, bound by shared memories, experiences, and a commitment to excellence.
Representing a global community, members of this group are distinguished professionals in various fields, united by a desire to stay connected, contribute to their alma mater, and make a positive impact in their communities.
As part of this milestone, FOSA 2005 is embarking on a Legacy Project — the construction of a Multipurpose Sports Complex for Fijai SHS and the Sekondi-Takoradi community. This state-of-the-art facility will promote sports, teamwork, and youth development, creating opportunities for generations to come.

Young Souls, so strong! Happy Anniversary, everyone!
Wow, it’s hard to believe that it’s been 20 years since we left the gates of Fijai Senior High School. It feels like just yesterday we were all trying to figure out what we wanted to do with our lives, dreaming about the future, and wondering what the world would hold for us
Reminiscing our time in school and reflecting on the adults we’ve become, I can’t help but smile. Some things have changed—some of us have grown into entirely different versions of ourselves, with new careers, families, and experiences. But in so many ways, we’re still the same. The same group of friends, the same people from all walks of life who came together as classmates, bonded by those shared moments that still feel so real and fresh.
Over the past two decades, we’ve likely faced challenges, seen triumphs, made mistakes, learned so many valuable lessons, and sadly, have lost some colleagues along the way. We’ve all followed different paths, but with this homecoming and reunion, we have the chance to reflect on how far we’ve come and celebrate the journey.
So, here’s to 20 years of memories, to the laughter, the tears, the good times, and the hard times. To the people we were, the people we’ve become, and the people we’re yet to be. And most importantly, to the friendships that continue to shape and inspire us, no matter where life has taken us.
Thank you for being part of this journey, and I’m so grateful to reconnect with all of you tonight.
Hooray to the past 20 years and cheers—to the next 20!

During my tenure as a house prefect, I gained a deep understanding of responsibility, teamwork, and leadership. Reflecting on this experience, I am filled with immense gratitude for the incredible opportunity to serve and lead—a privilege I hold in the highest regard. Among the many highlights of my time in office was collaborating on the composition of the Dadzie House Anthem, which continues to resonate as a legacy. Additionally, my contributions to poetry and scriptwriting for the school gazette remain unforgettable milestones of personal growth and creativity.
Long live FIJAI! Long live FOSA!
